and the Four Quadrants of Human Value

X = What is the [+-] benefit to the individual? If it is positive it brings individual benefit, if it is negative it brings individual harm.

Y = What is the [+-] benefit to society? If it is positive, it brings general benefit, if it is negative, it brings public harm.

1. What are the four quadrants of human value?

This system categorizes people based on their impact on themselves and society:

Quadrant 1: The Intelligent (X+Y+): Benefit themselves and society. Examples include innovators, educators, and ethical leaders.

Quadrant 2: The Charitable (X-Y+): Benefit society, sometimes at their own expense. Examples include volunteers, activists, and those who make personal sacrifices for others.

Quadrant 3: The Foolish (X-Y-): Harm themselves and society. Examples include those who engage in self-destructive behaviors and negatively impact others.

Quadrant 4: The Bandit (X+Y-): Benefit themselves while harming society. Examples include corrupt individuals, those who exploit others, and those who prioritize personal gain over collective well-being.

3. What is the significance of the "field of golden wheat"?

I was deeply inspired by the recent presentation of Chinese President Xi Jinping’s book, The Governance of China.

President Xi Jinping’s insights and conclusions are the foundation for two of my key projects: U-model.org and u-score.info.

These platforms offer metrics for managing societies, economies, and organizations while focusing on building sustainable governance models based on core values. These ideas are deeply motivating for me and inspire my work.

The two of us together with Lady Galaxy dedicate the song Rooted Men -  https://youtu.be/aHwV6LJJ5k4?si=PgvXSHu8kyakgzGH

to Chinese President Xi Jinping
